From the Castell de Montjuïc and the Camí del Mar, we have a scenic view of the bulk area of the commercial port of Barcelona, with its rows of containers, its vertical silos, and its circular tanks.
This picture of papyrus plants was taken in one of the numerous Montjuïc gardens. Try to guess which one? Tip: there you can see a cattle egret which behaves like it owns the place.
One of the best spots to admire Barcelona is definitely the Turó de la Rovira which offers 360-degree views over the capital of Catalonia. Here we can see, among other landmarks, the Torre Agbar on the left, the Sagrada Familia in the center, and the hill of Montjuïc in the far right corner.
Located across from the Montjuïc hill, the harbor of Barcelona occupies all the south side of the city. It includes various areas: one for pleasure boats, one for cruisers, another one for cargo ships and a huge section devoted to container ships. Here we can see the Estació del Morrot.
In Barcelona there are many works of art exhibited in open-air spaces like parks and gardens. Here is a sculpture located in Montjuïc near the MNAC museum.
One of the most spectacular lookouts where you can see the whole city of Barcelona as well as the harbor is the Mirador de l’Alcalde located on the Montjuïc hill.
