There are only so-called “cheap houses” in the Can Peguera neighborhood which are beautifully maintained by their proud owners. Each one bears unique details reflecting the personality of their dwellers. It is a miracle if they have not been torn down by urban planners like in other areas of Barcelona such as the El Bon Pastor neighborhood.
